Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group to maximize synergies with its brands and expand its product offerings and reach to 200 million consumers worldwide.

The company has also created a new senior leadership team to guide the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held several roles, including Vice President Supply Chain. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations and Logistics for the company.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and the company's top leadership team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience in leading a top brand in beauty and is well-positioned to lead the company's global operations.

As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he is responsible for the evolution of the customer experience at Avon. He also has overseen the creation and implementation of a brand new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an employee trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands in the company. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Become an Avon Sales Leader Real Beauty which launched new products like Pro Age.

After his tenure as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he was promoted to an international role. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was based in New York during this period.

He was previously a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales, defining the brand's Latin American strategy, and helping develop new product lines , such as Pro Age.

Avon has a long background and a wide array of products to choose from however, one segment that has stood out from the rest in recent years is its Health and Wellness division.
